Tin Box

It's basically a tin box so you can use it for whatever you want. It's ideal for ash because it has a lid with catches on it that stops ash from flying around when you remove it from the house.

Fantastic for clearing stove

Fantastic for clearing my stove & transporting the wood ash for the composter. Safe design. Useful for cold & reasonably hot debris. Though allow it to go cold before putting in composter or dustbin!

Nicely made

Nicely made, having read some reviews on various other ones, i was almost expecting this to leak or have rough edges, but no, its all good. the catches are secure too, so perfectly safe to carry by the handle! and as the handle is wooden, it wont get hot it you put hot ash in.

Excellent

I found this carrier to be excellent. It can take a number of days clean-out from my wood-burning stove before needing to empty it. Looks ok beside the stove too.
